Privacy policy

Last updated 16 October 2026. Kitchen Table Sums.

Kitchen Table Sums (ABN 15 436 839 270) is an Australian sole trader business. This policy explains what we collect and why. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles, and UK and EU privacy law for buyers there.

What we collect

  • Your email address and first name (if you give it) when you ask for a free sheet or join the newsletter.
  • Order details when you buy: your name, email, what you bought and the price. Card and PayPal details go straight to the payment provider. We never see them.
  • Anything you send us by email.
  • Anonymous site statistics (pages viewed, rough location, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.

Why we use it

  • To deliver what you bought or asked for, and help you with it.
  • To send the newsletter, only if you said yes. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To keep records the law requires, such as tax records.

Who helps us

These services handle some of your information for us: Payhip (store and file delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payments), MailerLite (email), Etsy (if you buy there), Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics) and Google (business email). Some are based overseas, including in the United States and the European Union, so your information may be stored or processed there.

We never sell, rent or swap our email list.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
  • Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days.
  • UK and EU buyers also have the rights in the UK GDPR and GDPR, including data portability and objecting to processing.

Complaints

Email us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
